Freedom of Information Request – International Protection Accommodation Statistics and Locations

Request for records and statistics on accommodation and placement of international protection applicants in the Republic of Ireland, including: total number accommodated through the International Protection Accommodation Service (IPAS) for the most recent reporting period; county-by-county breakdown of numbers accommodated; a list of all current IPAS accommodation centres, emergency accommodation centres and contracted accommodation facilities operating in the State; location, approved capacity and and current occupancy figures for each facility (where held); any reports, briefing documents, statistical summaries or assessments produced in the last 12 months concerning distribution, accommodation, placement or capacity management of international protection applicants; and any records showing the criteria, policy guidance or decision-making framework used to determine accommodation placements.
