Legal Enforcement — Seal Infringement
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or manipulation of the Davidson Press Official Seal constitutes copyright infringement and trademark passing-off under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Trade Marks Act 1994. Davidson Press will pursue all available civil and criminal remedies, including injunctions, damages, and costs. Infringement notices will be issued without prior warning where the use is deliberate or commercial in nature.
