A permanent public record of every Freedom of Information request submitted by Davidson Press journalists. We publish our requests, responses, refusals, and appeals in full — holding public bodies to account.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
The latest activity across our requests — new submissions, responses, and outcomes.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, anyone can request recorded information held by a public authority. Authorities must respond within 20 working days.
We publish every request we make, regardless of outcome. Refusals, partial disclosures, and appeals are all logged here. Accountability does not stop at the response.
When a request is refused, we request an internal review. If still refused, we escalate to the ICO. Every refusal is tracked until final outcome.
